As picky as I am about restaurants, I never found anything wrong with Salt and it truly is a breath of fresh air compared to the rest of the restaurants in the same area. The latter offer dishes that are adequate for a public school's dining hall whereas Salt has more curated fancy dishes and an overall posh ambiance. To give an example, Salt has the same rating as Era or Juvenilja when they are not even on the same league (although similar prices). What I mean by this is that for instance, the guests giving lower ratings to this restaurant are grabbing after such small details which you would consider only for very high end restaurants and not your albanian daily average in the industry. All the members of the managementīefore I start my review, I would like to highlight the fact that ratings on trip advisor can be very relative depending on the businesses being reviewed, yet the amount of stars to give remains the same.
